Anti-Coagulation Therapy
Anti-coagulation therapy is available in our clinic. It is managed by a Nurse Practitioner and overseen by a physician Medical Director, who works with the patient’s referring physician to improve compliance and assist with the care of patients receiving anti-coagulation management.
